Current ordering status
Books and bundles are currently out of stock. We are not accepting book orders or pre-orders, and no payments are being collected through this website.
You can ask about the books and future availability. An inquiry is not an order, does not reserve a copy and carries no payment obligation. A restock date has not yet been confirmed.
For an author visit, workshop or school program, please use the activity inquiry form or the year-long program inquiry form. Suitability, availability and terms are agreed in a written proposal.
1. Seller, products and prices
Color The World Brillora Foundation, a Canadian not-for-profit corporation founded by Mor Ben Zaken, is the seller and receives payment for all books, bundles, products, activities, programs and digital content offered for purchase through this website. The Foundation issues purchase invoices. Payments are not made to Mor Ben Zaken's private business.
A purchase from the Foundation pays for a specific product or service, either for the buyer’s own use or for children, schools and community groups.
The website offers Magic Carpet books, bundles and related products, as well as educational activities and programs. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the relevant product or checkout page. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties and destination fees are not included unless they are expressly stated as included.
2. Asking about an order
Tell us which book or bundle interests you, the quantity, and your city and country. There is no need to provide payment details. An inquiry is a request for information only; it does not confirm availability or a delivery date.
Before an order can be accepted, product availability, quantity, the full price, currency, shipping charges and delivery terms will be provided in writing. You will be able to review and correct these details before confirming an order.
3. Payment and order confirmation
Online payment is not currently available. An acknowledgement of your inquiry is not an order or payment confirmation.
When orders become available, payment will be received by Color The World Brillora Foundation. Payment terms and the type of acknowledgement or receipt will be specified before any commitment. An order confirmation will include the transaction details and delivery terms. Do not send credit card details through the inquiry form or by email.
4. Shipping and delivery
All shipping information is subject to restocking and order confirmation. Sending an inquiry does not start a delivery period.
Israel: Shipping is free. The delivery period of up to 14 business days begins only after stock availability, the order and payment have been confirmed, not when an inquiry is sent.
Canada: Orders ship from Vaughan, Ontario. Free local delivery is offered in the Thornhill area, by arrangement and once we confirm that the address is within the delivery area. For other Canadian destinations, the shipping cost and delivery time will be provided based on the address and shipping service, before any order or payment is confirmed.
Other countries: Use the international shipping inquiry form. Shipping availability, cost and estimated delivery time will be provided in writing based on the destination, address, quantity and shipping service.
International delivery times may be affected by customs, carriers and other external circumstances. If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed and work to help, without limiting your rights under applicable law.
5. Changing or cancelling an order
Please send any request to change or cancel an order as soon as possible through the order-change and cancellation form or by email at info@morbenzaken.com. The request will be handled according to the status of the order, the terms presented before payment and any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If an order has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to stop delivery. Where a return right applies, return instructions will be provided.
6. Book returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights under applicable law remain fully protected and take precedence over this policy. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, it can be exercised even if the book is not defective. In particular, where Israeli distance-selling rules apply, cancellation rights are subject to the time limits, conditions and exceptions set out in those rules.
Beyond these legal rights, we do not offer returns or exchanges of non-defective books for a change of mind. If a book is defective, incorrect or does not match your order, we will address the issue as described in the next section and in accordance with applicable law.
To arrange a return and obtain the appropriate shipping address, contact info@morbenzaken.com. You can also give notice of cancellation through the order-cancellation form. Arranging a return is not a prerequisite for giving a statutory cancellation notice and does not restrict your legal rights or the applicable time limits.
Cancellation fees and return costs will be charged only where legally permitted. No cancellation fee will be charged to correct a defective or incorrect product, a mismatch with the order, or non-delivery that gives rise to a statutory cancellation right. Any refund due under applicable law will be issued to the original payment method, or through another agreed method, within the required period.
7. Damaged, missing or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will arrange a replacement, completion of the order, credit or refund. The customer will not be charged for correcting an error for which we are responsible.
8. Activities, programs and digital content
Beyond your cancellation and refund rights under applicable law, we do not offer refunds for activities, programs or digital content because of a change of mind or non-attendance. Purchase terms, activity dates and the duration of access to content, where relevant, will be disclosed before payment.
This policy does not exclude any refund or other remedy required by law, including where we cancel an activity, fail to provide a service or content, or do not supply what was agreed. Cancellation rights depend on the type of transaction and applicable law; receiving access to content does not, by itself, waive those rights.
9. Bulk and custom orders
Orders for schools, educational settings, municipalities and communities, as well as specially produced items, may be subject to a written proposal and separate terms provided before the order is confirmed. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Buying books and activities for children
You can purchase books or a specific educational activity from Color The World Brillora Foundation for children and educational settings in Israel. The products or service, receiving group, price and delivery date will be confirmed before an order. For now, you can ask about buying for children; an inquiry does not place an order or create a payment obligation.
Under Book-for-Book, the Foundation adds one additional copy for each copy bought as a gift for children. The match does not apply to ordinary purchases for the buyer's own use. Delivery of purchased book gifts and matching copies will be arranged after stock is replenished and quantities and delivery dates are confirmed. The purpose of the payment to the Foundation, delivery arrangements and type of acknowledgement or receipt will be specified before any commitment.
